DECEMBER 2014
My poem "Impressions of Jane" is published in the latest edititon of the Pre-Raphaelite Society's Review.
My sonnet "Precursor" is published in the British Fantasy Society's Journal.
I am part of a collaborative piece written by Allen Ashley's Clockhouse London Writers, published in the latest edition of online journal, Sein and Werden.
I am delighted to have had a poem accepted for Kind of a Hurricane Press's forthcoming anthology, "Petals in the Pan".
I am thrilled that my poem "The Ballad of Echo and Narcissus" has been accepted for the Emma Press's forthcoming anthology of poems for children, inspired by myths and legends.
A fine ending to the year!
NOVEMBER 2014
I will be giving a reading, along with Forest Poets, athe William Morris Gallery in Walthamstow on Thursday 6th November, as part of the gallery's 'late' series. The evening starts at 6.30pm, with poetry readings at 7.30pm and 9.00 pm. There will also be drawing classes, a DJ, and of course, an opportunity to explore the gallery, in particular the excellent new exhibition, "Rossetti's Obsession".
I am delighted that my poem "Thoughts on God's Own Spheres" is published in a beautifully illustrated new anthology, inspired by the life and works of Hildegaard of Bingen, "Hildegaard: vision and inspiration", published by Wyvern Press in Italy.
SEPTEMBER 2014
I am delighted to announce that my poetry sequence “Dreaming Spheres: Poems of the Solar System” (co-written with Allen Ashley) is published this month by the prestigious fantasy/science fiction publisher, PS Publishing. Details can be found here:
Allen and I will be giving a reading from “Dreaming Spheres” at the British Fantasy Society’s FantasyCon at the Royal York Hotel in York on Saturday 6th September at 1.20pm, and signing books as part of PS Publishing’s launch event later that day at 5.00pm.
